Concord Middle School

Construction Project: Sitework and excavation for the support of structures, roadways, and utilities.

We kicked off the Concord Middle School construction project by providing temporary water to customers and owners trailer; This included furnishing and install temporary pedestrian travel route, including but not limited to curb cut ramps, sidewalks, signage and painted crosswalks. We also constructed a temporary parking area, access drive, walkway, basketball court and playground. Site demo includes, but not limited to, existing utilities including structures, piping, curbing and pavement removal, utility cuts and caps, and site improvements, decommission all sanitary system utilities, etc.

Clearing the grub trees, shrubs, grass and other vegetation from the property, Installed and maintained erosion and sedimentation controls. We provided excavation and backfilling services for all site electrical items, installed bollards per plan (including concrete fill), including all necessary cuts and fills required. Our crew was responsible for prepping concrete pads, sidewalks, bituminous pavement, and building slabs on grade. 

Furnishing and installing all bio-retention soils required us to excavate and back fill for all building footings and foundation walls- Strip, stockpile, screen and spread topsoil. Furnishing and installing the complete drainage system including but not limited to all drainage piping, structures, complete sanitary sewer system, pump stations, and fire protection. This also included retaining walls, bituminous concrete pavements temporary and permanent pavement markings, curbing, crushed stone surfacing, aggregate base for decomposed granite, and aggregate base for reinforced turf.

Finally, we constructed the MIAA basketball court, athletic fields and bituminous asphalt walkways for the construction of a new Concord Middle School. Finished touches include restoration along Old Marlboro Road.
