Contract scope for complete sitework package includes: tree clearing, loam strip, loam screening, 40,000 CY Cut/Fill operation, 20,000 CY import, 8,000 LF of gravity sewer main pipe, (2) precast concrete pump stations, 1,000 LF of forcemain sewer piping, 6,000 LF of water main piping with associated services, complete underground electrical system 4,200 LF of conduit, screened loam placement, gravel roadways, and hydro-seeding.
