Remove and dispose of existing site features, remove light bases, Landscape and millings at Mildreds’ Lot. Relocate Triplex Pump Panel with new transducer wire. Furnish and install erosion controls.

Furnish and install construction entrance, crane pad, EV charging stations. Export loam offsite. Cut and fill site to subgrade elevations. Furnish and install block wall. Excavate and back fill for Tower Expansion. Furnish and install sewer system, drainage utility.
